Kidder Law Firm Wins Herbicide Dispute on Appeal

Ohio’s Seventh District Court of Appeals recently issued its opinion affirming (on slightly different grounds) the decision of the Harrison County Court of Common Pleas that a power line easement granting Ohio Edison the right to “trim, cut and remove” vegetation does not also give it the right to spray chemical herbicides on a landowner’s property.
